My client is looking for a Billings Assistant to come in on a temporary basis to assist the Supervisor.
You will be working in a small team, liaising closely with the wider finance function.
Client Details
My client are in the medical sector and conduct medical research and testing.
They are based in Central London, a 5-10 minute from Oxford Street.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices
- Printing out invoices and filing
- Billings administration
- Uploading invoices to the portal
- Updating customer/policy information
- Data entry to Excel
- Adjusting client invoices
Profile
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have at least 1-2 years experience in a Billings role
- Have experience working in Medical/Healthcare billings
- Have experience with Dynamics
- Be proactive and a problem solver
- Have good attention to detail and work accurately
Job Offer
Temporary role for 6-9 months
Immediate start or up to 1 week notice
£12-15 per hour dependent on experience
