Client Details
My client is based in the heart of Barnsley with easily accessible transport links, a 10 minute walk from the central train station.
A practice that has organically grown, with a continued success rate of gaining new clients and business in the South Yorkshire area.
Clients range from the likes of owner managed businesses through to multi million limited companies.
The attraction with this practice apart from it's excellent location is the employee retention within the practice, the employees including the Partners have progressed from AAT/University level through to qualified level and beyond.
The reason for this excellent opportunity is due to the firms increased growth and demand for an extra head to assist the Payroll Manager.
Description
- Assist in the management of a varied client portfolio from smaller limited companies through to companies with large weekly/monthly payrolls
- Process end to end payroll
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager
Profile
- Looking for 2-3 days a week
- Be part of a growing practice and want to add to the team
- Must ideally have experience of working within a payroll bureau
- Experience within a Accountancy firm, doing the payroll for the clients
- Would be desirable to have bookkeeping and VAT returns experience
Job Offer
£16,000 - £22,000 (dependent on experience)
