Essential Duties and Responsibilities

? Performs Business Admin functions in the BlackLine application. This may include managing user access, test new functionalities, troubleshooting system problems (such as interface failures, or other system related issues), performing security audits, primary support for business users, managing Tasks requests, account groups, Accounts and MJEs approval workflows. Assists with special projects.

? Proactively addresses issues highlighted by system users to provide creative solutions. Identifies, meets and is sensitive and responsive to their needs.

? Provides management and other departments with accurate, timely and useful communications, including reports and analysis to enable them to make appropriate decisions.

? Ad hoc analysis for management.

? May assist with other corporate financial applications such as the BPC consolidation application (Business Planning and Consolidation) or Workiva (used for 302 certification process).

? May assist with preparation for quarterly management reviews and forecast reviews.

? May design, write, test, maintain and prepare management reports.

? Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with other departments across multiple countries.

? Actively takes part and provides relative contribution in all team tasks to ensure the final objective is met.

? Promotes a customer service focused environment in support of internal customers.

? Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the group and cross departmentally.

? Additional duties as assigned.

? Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

? Strong knowledge of BlackLine preferred. BlackLine admin experience a plus.

? Knowledge and application of Intermediate/Advanced Excel required. VBA knowledge a plus.

? Ability to use other relevant computer system applications a plus. (Word, SAP, BW, etc.)

? High level of "self–starting" thinking required for analysis, evaluation, creating, reasoning, and drawing conclusions/solutions; High complexity of mental processing in order to come to solution.

? Ability to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads, deadlines and changing priorities.

? Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

? Ability to foresee obstacles and opportunities within areas of responsibility.

Education/Experience Required:

? Associates degree minimum; Bachelors or above preferred and approximately 2 – 10 years? experience in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Systems in specific job area or function.
