Job Summary: ?

The Fleet Financial Business Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and presentation of Fleet P&L, Lease, Procurement, and other Finance and Operations related data to identify issues and opportunities, provide recommendations to improve performance and KPIs, and deliver meaningful analysis and reports. ? The analyst will also coordinate the process and perform transactions to help manage the asset lease program and provide support on other various initiatives, programs, and projects.

Primary Job Function:
  • Research and collect data from ERP, data warehouse, and other business systems and data stores
  • Develop accurate datasets and provide meaningful analysis, reports, visualizations, and other deliverables
  • Present findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership within Fleet and other departments
  • Monitor and report performance KPIs for various Fleet initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Reconcile asset lease data to maintain accurate information on equipment lease terms, amortization schedules, asset decisions, and manage the process to update required application systems
  • Schedule all equipment lease and note payments
  • Maintain and update monthly lease and note forecast
  • Be point of contact for all lease vendors for inquiries, payment details, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with Accounting on equipment buyouts, property tax, and capital lease amortization
  • Develop and monitor the annual Fleet budget and perform forecasting and trend analysis
  • Be a key resource in the implementation of Oracle JDE for Fleet processes, workflows, and data integration

? Requirements:
  • A Bachelor?s Degree in Finance/Business/Information Systems or related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, extremely organized and detail oriented
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle
  • Exceptional knowledge in MS Excel including external data connections and advanced formulas
  • Experience in BI visualization applications and tools ? Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience in Fleet and/or Equipment Asset Management preferred
Education:
  • A Bachelor?s Degree in Finance/Business/Information Systems or related field
Experience:
