A famous securities firm is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their regional settlement team. Their business covers securities, options and futures with growing business performance and a strong portfolio of high net worth clients. Currently covering local and overseas market.

About the role

This is an all-round role with wide exposures in settlement operation on futures, option and stocks. This role will be working in a highly vibrant team with flexible work culture. Attractive package with promising career progression will be provided.

Job Description

  • Handle daily settlement transactions properly and efficiently including deal matching, daily trade transactions and CCASS/DCASS operation
  • SI/ ISI instruction, record client deposit and withdrawal and account opening
  • IPO application
  • Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the team
  • Prepare clients statements and settlement reports
  • Perform daily operation of settlement activities for local equities, futures and option
  • Performing client cash or scrip deposit/withdrawal, corporate action
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with securities firms
  • Strong written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
