Our client is a German manufacturing company located in Jiading, its product enjoys great popularity in China market and it takes over more than 60% market share. It is now looking for an experienced finance controller to better support its expanding business in China market.
On this role, you will manage a team of 9 to cover all finance related issues such as accounting, project controlling, finance controlling, financial analysis, reporting, etc. Specifically, you will make in depth analysis of production cost, initiate cost reduction plans; analyse overhead expense, prepare annual expense budget for all departments; develop and improve business process, manage timely monthly financial statements. Furthermore, internal control and risk management are also needed.
The right candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Proven working experience as a finance controller in a large scale machinery manufacturing industry is a must. Besides, the right candidate should have clear picture about the whole project controlling procedure, such as quotation, gate review for each project phase, budget control, etc. Excellent oral and written English is a must and Solid experience in accounting principles as well as procedures are necessary.
