Fund Accountant - Client Manager

Your tasks include:

Regular meetings with the Structuring team in reviewing fee terms drafted in legal contracts and outcomes
Reviewing fee calculations of semi-liquid funds
Submit fee papers to Executive Committees for discussions
Conduct risk based fee checks of fee parameters within the fee database and fee calculations
Continuous strengthening of fee controls including fee system automated alerts and prompts and process
documentation
Overseeing / Implementing fee automation initiatives / projects
Assisting with client due diligences and queries surrounding fees
Motivating and developing global team

What we expect

Bachelor's or Masters degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Audit or revenue experience in the private markets fund industry would be an advantage
Minimum of 8 years working experience including managing / developing a team
Candidates should be driven, self-motivated, independent, analytical, possess a keen eye for details, and
able to synthesize fee concepts and thereon impact
