The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
Have overall responsibility of the finance function
Manage and mentor the team
Oversee all financial transaction
Ensure proper controls are in place
Prepare the statutory accounts
Prepare all tax statements
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
Suggest and implement changes and improvements
Liaise with auditors
This will suit someone looking to take the next step in their career, or someone already in a Financial Controller position.
The ideal candidate will be:
Qualified ACA or ACCA
Post qualified experience
Practice and/or audit background desirable
Strong technical accounting skills
Excellent IT skills, including a sound knowledge of all MS-Office Applications
Experience with ERP systems, IFS experience desirable
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
The Financial Controller position comes with a competitive salary commensurate with experience between £65,000-75,000. Plus bonus and benefits.
