Driver Funnel Manager

Minimum Qualification

• Min Bachelor Degree, any major
• Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 2 years managing team.
• Have experience in funnel management, or executing acquisition campaign (both online and offline)
• Preferably have experience in the following industries: Consultant, FMCG, Telco, or Financial Services
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge in R or SQL is a plus
• Possesses high learning agility and curiosity
• Excellent Leadership & Team Building skills

• Drive and develop the funneling strategy for driver acquisition across Indonesia, through online or offline campaign
• Calibrate our internal lead management system to identify best channel mix and media plan to meet efficiency at conversion rate, speed, and cost.
• Build horizontal view and identify frictions in our funnels to provide solutions in removing the frictions and optimize the funnel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders incl. regional operations, engineers and marketplace team to ensure all the implementation are leveraging our tech capability and answers the current demand - supply problem.
