We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced and professional Special Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to be a part of our amazing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering the best customer service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of automotive F&I experience, including special / sub–prime experience. Our competitive pay structure lets you earn based on your own efforts – there is no limit to what you can achieve! Expected annual earnings are above $100,000 with your strong performance. Position RequirementsPrevious Automobile Special / Subprime Finance experiencerequired. proven track record in running an automobile subprime department. Strong work ethic, telephone and customer handling skillsStrong follow up skillsPositive attitude.Professional, well–groomed personal appearance.Willing to submit to a pre–employment background check & drug screenKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresMust be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen Job Responsibilities Specialize in selling vehicles to customers with difficult and/or no credit Develop leads and assist with Financing for prospective customers Gather information required by the lender in order to get the customer approved and funded Present qualified vehicles to customer and go over financing options Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction Maintain good relationships with customers and develop areferral base Reach monthly sales objectivesBuild relationships & create customers for life.
