The Client

My client are a luxury, high-end fashion retailer. They have a strong brand and a non-corporate and sociable working environment. You will have exposure to senior finance and the company founders, giving you a real insight into the fashion world. They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their hardworking and friendly team.

The role:
  • Posting invoices and maintaining the invoice finance facility
  • Assist with the cashflow reporting
  • Deal with client enquiries
  • Assist the Auditors
  • VAT returns
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Deal with multi-currencies
  • Support the wider teams in the business

Required Experience:
  • Experience with accounting packages
  • Experience in a retail/ fashion environment
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious

Salary: Up to £30,000
