The team is led by one of the most reputable Bulge-Bracket FIG bankers in Europe. They focus on transactions pre-dominantly in Europe (large focus on UK) and are strong across all verticles within FIG, in particular Insurance and Banking.

The preference is to hire a banker, but given the recent success of hiring Chartered Accountants, the Head of the team is flexible in terms of where the hires will come from. The Associate hire will either be coming from a leading FIG Investment Banking team or with 2/3 PQ years of FIG Lead Advisory experience. The VP hire will be coming from a competing European FIG team or an Assistant Director within a Financial Services focused Lead Advisory team at one of the Big Four Accountancy firms.

The team is not top-heavy and for both levels there is fantastic room to grow and develop. The average tenure across the firm is high and whilst people work very hard, there is no culture of facetime.
