\[The Role:Responsibilities
-Oversight of the accounting for Holding companies, intercompany transactions
-Performing/coordination of statutory and tax filings for Holding companies
-Monthly consolidation of accounts and providing supporting information for management reports
-Preparation of Group quarterly financial statements and related disclosures (Q1 and Q3) and preparation of Group interim report (Q2)
-Preparation of Group financial statements and related disclosures for the Group Annual report and active participation in the process of the -Annual report compilation
-Coordination of audit process (including gathering of information from various locations)
-Overall analytical reviews of the financial statements
-Preparation of accounting memos on complex accounting matters
-Identification and implementation of enhancements to the accounting for Holding companies
