Finance Business Partner

Working with the Head of Finance Supply Chain, the Finance Business Partner is going to operate a world class control environment, provide insightful support and challenge in all aspects, and provide clarity on the key drivers influencing purchase prices. You will also be supporting out Purchasing and R&D teams in implementing savings initiatives that are sustainable.

Description

We are looking to improve the efficiency of our Supply Chain and optimise how our Procurement team works with the business. As such, we are creating a brand new role for a Finance Business Partner to come in and add value to our operational teams.

Working with the Head of Finance Supply Chain, the Finance Business Partner is going to operate a world class control environment, provide insightful support and challenge in all aspects, and provide clarity on the key drivers influencing purchase prices. You will also be supporting out Purchasing and R&D teams in implementing savings initiatives that are sustainable.

Profile

We are looking for an open-minded accountant, who is receptive to learning and trying new ideas. Our culture is about continuous improvement, so we are looking for our staff to follow this mindset!

You will be commercial, and understand how to develop strong relationships, bring creative ideas to the business and work on your own initiative. You will need to be confident in working with large amounts of unstructured data that is multi-layered, to help it provide meaning, and provide insightful analysis to help support effective decision-making.

You will ideally have an understanding of the manufacturing or supply chain sectors, and have a grasp of the complexity provided from working in a multi-national business.
