Our Risk and Advisory Services department provides risk and assurance services to Irelands leading SMEs, multi-nationals and public sector organisations. The team is rapidly expanding and given strong growth and demand for our services, we are now recruiting for a Cyber Security Manager. This outstanding career opportunity will offer interesting and challenging work across a variety of client engagements, as well as on-going training and the potential for significant personal development. The role will involve advising clients on Cyber Threats, Information Security and IT Governance. Experience Required * Advising on Cyber Security risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans; * Evaluating a broad range of IT controls and benchmarking against leading practice; * Providing practical and value-adding recommendations; * Preparing concise, easily understood and timely oral and written communications; * Leading the delivery of a range of advisory assignments; * Developing and managing client relationships; * Delivering high quality work within agreed timeframes and budgets, and * Mentoring and managing the work of a number of team members Qualifications and Expertise * Honours Degree with a focus on Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Security; * Minimum CISA or CISSP certified, with CRISC or CIA certification an advantage, with professional memberships and CPE maintenance to support these; * Minimum of four years post qualification experience in Cyber Security or IT Audit and Risk, or equivalent background, and * Expertise in Cyber Security leading practice, IT controls and Data Protection essential. Experience of ISO 27000, SOx or the use of Data Analytics tools would be an added advantage, but is not essential. Personal Qualities * Excellent planning and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments; * Strong attention to detail; * Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; * Flexible, self-motivated, self-directed, able to work both as a team member and independently, and * Ability to deal with people across all levels of an organisation To apply for this position please click here
