As a Lead Business Analyst, you will initially be required to provide oversight and guidance on our Economic and Financial Statistics by ensuring our reporting is accurately delivered and sourced from business systems for use by consumer systems via a central repository.
Other day to day responsibilities will include engaging with project managers, business subject matter experts and technology systems owners to supplement existing business and systems, lead a team of Project BA's, update business requirements for new and refined requirements and work closely with the technical analysts to ensure business and functional requirements are correctly translated into technical specifications.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience leading Business Analysts with a focus on regulatory change projects in the financial services industry along with an understanding of key testing principles and proven testing experience on data-focused projects. Ideally you will also have familiarity with Data modelling APRA taxonomy and / or Axiom.
