1. Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses.
2. Prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.
3. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
4. Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement.
5. Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
6. Establish procedures for custody and control assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping, min risk.

8. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting, collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
9. Good knowledge of Lebanese Tax matters and Labor Law.
10. Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of manager and workers in departments.
