Hourly rate £12 per hour plus holiday

Our client is a highly respected organisation with a national profile. The Central Finance Team is based in offices just north of the City Centre and in close proximity to all transport links.
The role could be required for circa nine months and may then be considered as a permanent position.
Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Applicants will have strong Excel skills including V Lookups and be able to read and interpret data.
Oracle or SAP experience would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
Strong communication skills are a must.
Finally a desire to learn and take on board is important - this is a long term assignment and training will be given.

- Monthly reconciliations to the Payroll using Excel
- Monthly reconciliations to the Expenses Ledger and liaison with claimants in respect of claims and their validity
- Assistance with reporting and data interpretation
- Processing of invoices to the Purchase Ledger
