Accountant, Darlington, construction industry salary circa £35,000-£40,000

A construction and property based client who pride themselves on offering a first class service to their portfolio of clients.
Your new role
As the accountant you will be responsible for supervising a team of 4, ensuring all the transactional processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring the budgets, the month end reconciliations and the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally formally qualified, you will also have experience of working in a service based sector where you will have been responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. You will have prior experience of being the "number one on site" for finance and will have previously managed a team.
