Daily functions include conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives, and preparing reports for management. This Financial Analyst role, which is located in the Fort Worth, Texas, is a full–time employment opportunity. Your responsibilities in this role – Propel monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions necessary – Deliver effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide valuable foresight and decision support – Collaborate with cross–functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are executed properly – Work alongside senior executives on strategic deep dives to create financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization – The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is comfortable with large amounts of information and adept at managing expectations – Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities – Explain and understand internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending – Drive P L forecasting and Area/Segment–level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis – Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources r – Compile and supervise forecasting reports – Collaborate with the Accounting team on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
– Strong problem solving and analytical skills – 1+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) – Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required – Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide–ranging backgrounds – Skills in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly desired (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – BA/BS degree in finance or a related field – Audit scheduling experience – Strong familiarity with standard costs – Annual Standard Cost experience – Financial analysis experience desired – Experience with financial data management processes systems, e.g. Oracle/Hyperion/SAP Business Objects/SFDC/Tableau– Financial planning analysis (go–to–market experience preferential) For immediate consideration, please email your resume to Carol Nichols @ [Click Here to Email Your Resum?] .
