Finance Director

Our client is a dynamic and expanding City law firm. They are seeking a Finance Director on a permanent basis. Responsibilities Managing the finance team Providing and analysing monthly management accounts and related KPIs Producing statutory financial statements Providing information as required for group reporting purposes Ensuring compliance with the SARs Managing cashflow Managing overhead costs Running annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes Managing the payroll and employee benefits Ensuring compliance with tax legislation Managing the preparation of partnership tax returns Updating financial systems and processes Liaising with auditors Candidate Profile Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA), with experience working in an international firm Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS Knowledge of Solicitors' Accounts Rules Strong leadership, team management and people development skills Important Notice It is Career Legal's policy, as a matter of courtesy, to respond to all applications within three working days.
