Our client, a leading employer of choice and FTSE 100 brand that continues to demonstrate exceptional growth and impressive strategy in an increasingly competitive market, is looking to source a top calibre Commercial Finance Manager to join its talented team.The successful candidate will act as a key business partner to the Head of Commercial Marketing in regards to financial planning, providing insight into performance and analysing actuals to ensure future returns are fully realised.Main duties include:* Financial planning for key area of the brand, providing insight and challenge to the planning process* Budgeting and forecasting of sales & margin, promotional plans and product cost* Challenging and identifying underlying drivers of performance* Providing insight into performance of trials to maximise returns* Assisting with IS projects, to ensure key financial elements are included in the new reporting processes Key qualifications and skills required:* Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a well-regarded institution * ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified either from top 10 practice or a fast-paced, blue-chip entity * Highly analytical nature, able to identify core issues and provide assessments grounded in logic* Clear commercial nous and ability to understand key operational business drivers and levers* Proactive and positive approach to work, always going the extra mile to deliver 'best in class' information to aid decision making * Confident and credible communicator, capable of building relationships with Senior Stakeholders and professionally challenging business partners where necessary This is a truly exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and charismatic Commercial Finance Manager to join a business renowned for rewarding and retaining top talent.
