Assistant Accountant

Macildowie Finance is working with an exciting Stoke based business to recruit a vibrant and proactive Assistant Accountant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and need to have the confidence to challenge processes, drive change and initiate improvements on a day-to-day basis.AAT/CIMA/ACCA studiers and individuals qualified by experience will be considered.The role is paying £24-25k plus excellent package and full study support (Study subject to successful completion of 6 month probation period)Key Duties Include:- Preparation of Management Accounts for 3 small companies- Assisting with Monthly Management Accounts- Preparing reporting packs and KPI's- Weekly cashflow reporting- Prepayments & Accruals- Bank Reconciliations- Fixed Asset reporting- Ad-Hoc duties as requiredMy client is looking to run interviews week beginning 27th March so if this role is your ideal next move then apply today or give Chris a call on .
