Sr Manager-IFRS Conversion

Leading/ executing mandates related to conversion of financials from local GAAP to IFRS ? Support in preparation of various business development material like credentials, approach notes, proposals, etc. to assist the senior management in securing business ? Participating in technical discussions with prospective Clients to showcase knowledge/ credentials on various IFRS conversion related aspects ? Developing an understanding of local GAAP for countries in the Middle East which are transitioning towards IFRS and preparing relevant approach notes/ pitches for the same ? Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business ? Team building, development and aspiration management ? Participate with the senior management in the strategic/ organizational development initiatives Desired Attributes
? Experience in assignments related to convergence from local GAAP to IFRS. Knowledge of Saudi GAAP and prior experience in the convergence process from Saudi GAAP to IFRS would be an added advantage ? Good communication skills (both oral and written) and presentable ? Open to travel frequently to the Middle East for execution and business development ? Confident, client focused and has the ability to engage Years of Experience
A Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 6-9 years of post-qualification experience in audit/ preparation of IFRS financial statements and prior experience in convergence of financials from local GAAP to IFRS.

Please Note : Candidate should be open to travel to Middle East (Dubai and Iran)
