Essential Requirements: Aids with the input of the monthly and fortnightly payrolls in an accurate and timely manner as required. Performs administrative data changes and maintenance of payroll and benefit records for processing of the test and live payrolls. Inputs data to test environment to allow the Senior Manager and Senior Analyst to review and make judgements on system functionality and rollout. Cross checking all manual inputs to the Payroll and to test environment. Completes a review of employee timecards for accuracy in test and live systems for payroll purposes. Maintenance of payroll records for processing of a bi- weekly and monthly payroll. Ensures all paperwork is accurate for tax information, direct deposits, employees records, etc. Works on Oracle to contact employees to retrieve missing information if needed. Maintains the Payroll information for all employees in both test and live environment. Performs Administrative duties, as needed.  (i.e., Sends Fed Ex packages, performs general office duties including copying, filing and faxing; and creation of documents. Performs other duties or projects as assigned by the Senior Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll Analyst and Plant Controller. Requirements: IPASS membership Preferred Bachelor's Degree Preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience. Performs job duties under supervision. Understands company practices and interfaces with all levels of employees. Applies judgment and policies to reach solution. A working knowledge one at least one of the following, Oracle / Oracle Payroll / HRIS required. Organized and attention to detail. Ability to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously. Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite software, internet software, Oracle.
