Fantastic opportunity for an experienced AR professional to work in an Accounts Receivable Specialist role for a highly regarded company with a base here in Cork. Job Description: The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and will be required to fulfil Accounts Receivable duties for the company across currencies and locations Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include: Responsible for high volume Customer invoice processing Dispatch Customer statements Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner Allocation of Customer remittances Liaising with Management and Customers to follow up queries Credit Control function for allocated accounts Reconciliation of Customer Accounts & Month-End Reconciliations Month End Invoice Discounting Reconciliation Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required Key Competencies: Ability to plan, prioritise and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, pressurised environment Problem analysis and problem-solving Excellent attention to detail and accuracy High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Adaptable and capable of working on own initiative Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals Flexible approach to all areas of the role Key Requirements 3-5 years' experience Experience with SAP an advantage Proven organisational and time management skills For further information and a completely confidential discussion on your career options, please contact me, Tara Higgins on 021 4221000 Established in Ireland in 1998, Brightwater is now the leading recruitment specialist in the country.
