CFO

As CFO you will work very closely with the CEO and COO to grow an already established, cash rich organisation.

Responsible for all Financial aspects of the business, you will need to be comfortable operating at a strategic level, will be comfortable dealing with operational managers and directors, and will be able to add real, tangible value to the growth of an impressive business.

Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of Finance.

Supporting the CEO, COO and Directors of the business, you will be a highly strategic individual with strong accounting, forecasting, analysis and project management skills.

Managing the finance function you will support a high growth business as it continues to develop into new territories.

Adding value will be your raison d'etre - whether that be providing insightful analysis to the COO to drive the growth strategy, or re-defining Finance processes to streamline and develop the finance function.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who speaks fluent French.

Probably from a "Big 4" audit background and with a strong academic track record, you will be comfortable operating at a strategic level with a high profile peer group.

Prior experience of working in an entrepreneurial environment will be extremely useful - an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

An MBA would be highly desirable but not essential.

Fluent French is essential. Other European languages and experience of accounting for overseas territories are considered advantageous.

Job Offer

An excellent package is available for the right candidate.

The basic salary is likely to be circa £80 - £90K - dependant on experience.
