Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Policy
    • Develop client group/functional priorities and plans that align with overall business and HR strategy and supports functional and Business Unit strategies and plans
  • Organisational Development
    • Conduct learning needs analysis for the function to identify key organisational development opportunities and ensure alignment with overall business unit needs
    • Organisation Design
  • Talent Management
    • Develop the function's strategy to identify and develop key talent and increase the level of internal mobility)
    • Recruitment
  • Change Management
    • Ensure change processes are managed to minimize operational disruption/maximize employee engagement
  • HRIS & Data
    • Providing quality information / reporting to support functional decision making
  • Team Leadership
  • Safety & Wellbeing Management

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in HR leadership and management, operating effectively at senior levels within the organisation
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, or qualified by experience
  • Proven experience in managing relationships and developing and maintaining personal credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of core HR processes (e.g. performance management; talent management) and their application
  • Practical knowledge of employment legislation, employment relations and/or industrial relations experience, including, sound knowledge of country specific employment legislation
