MacBlair Eglinton, a long established builder's merchant situated on the Killylane Road in Eglinton and part of the Macnaughton Blair group, require to recruit a dedicated self-motivated person to fill the following position. BRANCH ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (Maternity cover from April - October 2017, 25 hours per week) The successful applicant will carry out general office administrative duties including updating spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), answering telephones, processing and filing of paperwork and liaising with customers and suppliers.  The ideal candidate must be well presented with a confident telephone manner. Essential personal attributes include a willing and cheerful nature, flexibility, good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a highly committed and efficient team. Education should be at least GCSE level, with excellent IT skills and previous Microsoft Office experience.
