SkillSet: Finance Control, IFRS, US GAAP, Indian Gaap, Regulatory Reporting. .Finance and Regulatory Reporting Function Preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP and IFRS on quarterly basis. Knowledge of US GAAP would be added advantage. 2.Preparation & submission of regulatory reports Evaluation of circulars/guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Institute of Chartered accountants of India (ICAI) on monthly basis Co-ordination with Internal & Statutory auditors Preparation of periodic 3.Audit committee reports and preparing Board presentation as required Preparation of Regulatory returns for submission to RBI Computation of capital adequacy of the bank Monitoring and implementing compliance requirement regarding preparation of various 4.Regulatory reporting on daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual frequency.
