Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting aged debt in a timely manner.
- Reduction of aged debtors, demonstrating weekly and monthly reductions.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients by telephone and email to ensure invoices are cleared for payment.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Ensuring credit control KPIs are achieved.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Experience in B2B Credit control.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent organisations skills
