Assistant Accountant - Retention Bonus

Are you a part qualified or newly qualified accountant? Or do you have a degree in Finance or Accounting? Would you like to work for a global leader? MCS Group is delighted to be continuing our partnership with our client, a global manufacturing giant to recruit an Assistant Accountant for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience with a truly global organisation. This will be a rewarding role as you will be embedding a new client to the firm. As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparation, analysis and review of month end activities including general ledger, inventory, sales margin analysis, inter-company reconciliation, perform & review balance sheet reconciliations but to name a few. The person; Experience working in a Finance/Accounting environment. Qualified accountant or working towards this. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Display an understanding and practical experience of purpose and application of internal accounting controls. For this, my client is offering you a competitive salary, including a retention bonus.
