Our client - a high-growth SME in the service sector - is looking to add a Head of Finance to the Exec Board to help lead the next phase of their expansion.

Based in several locations through the North, our client is a fast paced business encompassing elements of business services, fin-tech and marketing. They are looking for their first Head of Finance as they look to further capitalise on favourable market conditions through both national and international expansion.
Description
As No.1 in finance you will be personally responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, planning and strategy. You will lead a small team as well as perform a major role in the senior management team. The role will be highly commercial in nature and as such a strategic mindset is essential.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (background is not prescripted)
Have experience of leading a team and embedding sound financial processes
Possess a commercial mindset and a keen strategic sensibility
Will thrive on challenges and stepping outside of your comfort zone
