Leading global distribution company based in King's Lynn is looking to appoint a driven Assistant Accountant. Reporting and working closely with the Financial Controller, this is a busy and varied role which is key to the success of the department.
You will oversee accounts payable and receivable, be responsible for daily reporting, cashflow forecasting, month and year-end processes. Bank reconciliations including multi-currency, overseeing expenses, help to improve processes and procedures.
You will have financial/management accounts experience, a good understanding of double-entry, ideally within a SME/distribution/manufacturing business. You need to be an analytical thinker, a self-motivated driven individual with good Excel skills and the capacity to learn and work well within a small team environment.
Study support for AAT/ACCA/CIMA. 35 hours per week Monday-Friday.
