A high calibre Financial Accountant is sought by a fast-growing £250m t/o division of a global financial services business. The group itself has grown every year for the past 8 years (both organically & by acquisition) and this is an excellent time to join what is becoming a real City success story.
Created by an internal move, this varied Financial Accountant role reports to the divisional Financial Controller and duties include:
·Produce consolidated monthly management accounts with commentary & analysis.
·Enable production of group consolidated accounts by providing relevant information.
·Act as a Business Partner by providing an FP&A service to a region; support budgeting & forecasting, provide analysis of key metrics, develop financial models for acquisitions etc
·Improve cash forecasting & liquidity management tools to support working capital reporting.
·Assist in the creation of regional finance teams and the controls / processes to support these.
·A broad range of commercial & analytical projects to enhance divisional growth / performance.
The ideal candidate for this broad Financial Accountant role will be a qualified ACA who has trained in practice (other backgrounds considered) and who is looking to develop their career in a fast-growing and ever-changing business.
