Jnr Finance Analyst job North Kent £23k-£30k DOE & qual level. Need analytical skill set & good Excel skills
Your new company
You will be working for an established organisation within the North Kent area. The Junior Finance Analyst position has become available due to growth within the organisation and department. Due to location you will need access to your own transport.
Your new role
You will provide support and analysis for margins, costs and provide the foundation for forward planning. You will be responsible for weekly commercial reporting, weekly waste reporting, completing and updating the price calculator. You will support in the reporting on the monthly management account packs and variance analysis. You will prepare 3 month forecasts, support the budgets, seasonal forecasts and year-end activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in an Accounting/Finance/Business related subject or studying towards the CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification. You will have experience in an analytical position within an FMCG, manufacturing, fresh produce type environment that may involve dealing with gross margins. You will need good Excel skills and be very comfortable with pivot tables, vlookups and sumifs.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £23k - £30k, however this will largely depend on your experience alongside the level you are at within your studies. You will have the opportunity to develop within a growing organisation.
