Helpdesk Analyst APPLY HERE The helpdesk analyst will provide a single point of contact for all technology related incidents and requests reported by our users. They will be responsible for logging, troubleshooting, resolving and where necessary referring these issues on a day to day basis. This will be a permanent role based in our Stokes Place office located in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate: Excellent customer service skills A good business focus and understanding of a support role in a business environment A clear customer focus Excellent oral and written communications skills An ability to work on one's own initiative and manage personal objectives Problem solving and decision making skills An ability to work well within a team environment Technical skills: There is a mix of both bespoke and off the shelf technology in place at KPMG. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate: Advanced skills in the use and administration of both MS Office and Windows operating systems An aptitude in understanding and adapting to new technology The successful candidate will have a demonstrable enthusiasm for technology The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years previous experience from a similar Helpdesk environment. Even though training will be provided, previous experience in supporting SAP, ServiceNow, Active Directory and Enterprise telecoms systems or XML/Web Services would be beneficial. Hours of Operation This Helpdesk offers support from 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday. Some weekend work is also required, though this is usually in the form of on-call support fulfilled from home. Summary: Training will be provided for all applications. While an experienced Helpdesk professional is preferred, exceptions can be made if the candidate can show a genuine passion for Information Technology.
