We are looking for Administrative Specialist with 4-5 years of clerical experience, preferably involved in the accounting or finance department.  Essential duties are the timely filing of documents, coordinating office activities, working with couriers to expedite the flow of documents, greet office visitors and maintain office supplies.  In addition, the position requires delivering inter-office correspondence and small scale, data entry projects. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for various clerical duties within the Accounting Department.  The position works closely with the each area of the accounting team. Duties and Responsibilities: Processing of invoices and looking for corresponding approvals. Control of incoming employee expense reports. General administrative support to local managers. Being the responsible person onsite in regard to facility subjects. Book flights and accommodation for those employees who travel. Assist in meeting organization. Help organize Company events. Ensure all documents are filed in timely manner, neatly and organized. Ordering office supplies. Support to ensure smooth running of the local office. Assist with small projects as needed to help the team meet deadlines. Interact with accounting team regarding general office support. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. Minimum 4-5 years of progressive general office experience. Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
