Our client is a leading SaaS Software company located in London's West End, a short walk from Oxford Circus. Due to expansion across their accountancy team, an opportunity has arisen for a Billings Specialist to join.
Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Billings Specialist with responsibility for the following duties:
*Verifying commercials of new contracts signed,
*Entering Customer contracts into CRM,
*Maintaining database of client and company information,
*Collecting statistics of system usage,
*Entering Invoices,
*Generating invoices volume 300 a month most are automated
*Reconciliations
*Bank Reconciliations,
*Credit Control,
*Updating weekly cashflow forecast sheet,
*Answering finance queries,
*Liaising with Customer Success and Support teams to facilitate query resolutions,
*Preparation of Month End reports,
*Preparation of Quarterly Shareholder reports,
*Helping to design and implement robust financial processes,
*Ad hoc admin tasks
Profile
* Previous Billings experience in an automated billing environment
*Experience in a Software or Technology billing role would be advantageous
Job Offer
Salary of £25,000 - £30,000
