The company is a market leading, well known name in the High Wycombe area. The business is well known for hiring strong talent and developing it's people well.

Description

The role will be responsible for ensuring high quality reporting for both internal and external reports, including the monthly executive pack, the monthly board information pack, interim financial statements, annual financial statements and ad hoc reporting. You will also be leading a team of four accountant.

The role will play a key part in developing and streamlining reporting, ensuring consistency across all reports. The role will have significant exposure to different audiences, and the output will be used by the Executive to monitor and understand performance, facilitate strategic decisions and drive efficiency's.

This is an extremely varied opportunity in a large organisation that will give you a real chance to make an impact on the way the company operates, putting you in regular contact with senior stakeholders. You will drive both the internal and external financial reporting and the relationship between finance and the wider business.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with a proven understanding of statutory, management and regulatory reporting, and the confidence to challenge the status quo. Ideally from a large company background, you will have shown significant career progression to date.

Job Offer

The offer is a salary dependent on experience of between £45,000 and £60,000 in addition to a generous bonus. In addition, there is a flexible benefits package, and parking on site.
