My client is a growing organisation within the property and housing sector seeking to hire an interim Senior Finance Manager to support the existing team with its delivery of strategic plans.

Description

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of the finance team and delivering strategic objectives. The postholder will also be responsible for implementing and making sure improvements are made in accounting procedures. Planning and delivering the financial forecasts and preparing business plans will also be a large element to this role.

Profile

The successful Senior Finance Manager:

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

- Experience of managing a finance team

- Experience managing financial risks and accounting systems

- Experience working in a housing association
