Position Description:
This position resides within the Capabilities Design and Testing Team, which is part of the Contractual Infrastructure team within CS Global Infrastructure Transformation. At its core, the CDT Team acts as the conduit between the business needs and desires of the CS Contract Operations teams, legal, tax, and financial requirements, and the functionality of SAP and other tools. The CDT Team takes all three factors into consideration, collaborates with cross–functional partners, and creates functional design documents on which IT bases their technical designs. CDT is also responsible for Testing the software changes, for coordinating End User Acceptance Testing, and for training the Support organization to maintain the solution once it moves into Production.

CD&T are the business owners of all the IT solutions for the Contractual and T&M business. Broadly, the team has 3 major responsibilities:
1. Functional Design for IT and Corporate–led Legal/Compliance changes
2. Test management
3. Future State systems design and innovation

Work with the services business and contract operations teams to understand their issues, roadblocks, strategies in order to translate (articulate) requirements that can be submitted to IT. This includes policy and legal compliance.
Work with cross functional teams on pan–HP or compliance requirements.
Continuously assess the IT solution to address potential opportunities to support revenue growth and productivity.
Perform impact analysis to integration touch points and communicate impacts to the cross functional teams.
Analysis of changes to the SAP platform that may impact the business such as data or SAP upgrades.
Manage system upgrades and fiscal year changes
Ensure policy and legal compliance requirements in system setup
Participate on the various review boards to proactively ensure the business will not be disrupted by other activities happening on the platform.
Participate in developing and/or reviewing the proposed test cases to ensure full scope is tested and to provide the framework based on the design of the solution and business requirements.
Provide consulting and support during test case execution including defect analysis..
Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality
improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.
