Senior Accountant（GL）

Job Responsibilities: Ø Revenue recognition: issuing VAT invoice ² AR/Revenue ² Gross margin calculation: ² By distributors, By product family Ø AR collection ² AR/Bank ² AR aging ² Credit control ² AR statement ² Sales commission calculation ² Sales contract review ² Reconciliation: GL, SUB-L Ø GL ² Expenses booking and accrual( accrual list) ² Closing checking Ø Tax filling ² VAT/Related Tax ² IIT ² Corporate tax: ² Monthly accrual ² Quarterly payment ² Annual clearance Ø Others ² SOX Testing Requirements: Ø Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; Ø Around 5 years' experience in areas of accounting & tax; financial review, management accounting & budgeting, etc.; Ø Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation; Ø Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, an integrated ERP System (Kingdee, SAP),etc.; Ø Good command of both English(Read & Write) and Chinese; Ø Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities; Ø Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work; Ø Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters. Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a good team player with high responsibility.
