Assistant manager - Finance

Key responsibilities:Responsible for timely and clean Statutory Audit - Ind AS financials, Tax Audit and coordinating for resolution of Internal Audit observations with complete coordination for timely finalization of accounts Review accounts reconciliations Establish and regularly review policies and procedures to ensure sound controls around financial transaction processing and reporting with clear focus on implementing best practices in Finance & Accounts and developing SOPs Management Reporting: Responsible for Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCFR) in line with regulations Work closely with peers in India and overseas to build and nurture professional working relationships to achieve organizational objectives
Technical/Functional Skills:Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of proven Finance Leadership experience. BIG 4 work experience will be an add Expert knowledge of and proven experience in handling complex accounting transactions Proven experience in managing and developing a large team of finance professionals in MNC environment Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point Team Player - works co-operatively and productively with others; openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues from around the organization to achieve business goals Continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement with an eye for detail Establishes priorities, tasks and work schedules in advance
