We have a client looking to hire a new Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will control payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month–end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, and full cycle A/P. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will also supervise the clerical staff. This full–time employment opportunity is based in the Odessa, Texas area. Apply today for this great career opportunity! What you get to do every day – Business license and gross receipts reporting – Create cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc. – Oversee monthly accounting close – Look after Accounts Payable – Regulate Accounts Receivable – Prepare cash flow projections, as needed – Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year–end requirement – Arrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents – Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments – Register budget transfers – Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation – Other assignments as requested Please send resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resum?]
