Summary of Position Reporting to Group Finance Manager and indirect reporting to Group Financial Controller your responsibilities is full spectrum of accounting finance and tax function of VCC group of companies which include but not limited to Responsibilities Establish implement and review financial plan policies and control standards to meet the Companys short and long-term needs Ensure compliance with the Group policies and applicable local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting Ensure timely reporting of the group consolidation management and statutory reports including the Groups reporting pack with insightful financial analysis which includes revenue and expense analysis at cost center level Ensure the companys and its subsidiaries accounting finance tax activities and functions are conducted accurately ethically consistently and in accordance with relevant regulations laws and standards Work closely with Finance team of the Group and the subsidiaries and ensure timely reporting and accurate analysis of budgets financial trends and forecasts Provide technical expertise advice on financial issues and any other financial implications on business activities to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets understand financial reports and manage their financial responsibilities Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for the Group Maintain and strengthen good relationships with regulatory authorities bankers internal and external auditors and other stakeholders Review and up-keep operational financial processes to cope with the changes in business activities and ensure effective control and business support are in place all the time RequirementsDegree in Accountancy or related studies 4-5 years offinanceexperience Possess business acumen Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software Meticulous and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines and Fast learner with strong sense of initiative and drive
