Duties include conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives, and preparing reports for management. How you will make an impact – Compose and oversee forecasting reports – Endorse weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment–level Bookings as well as P L forecasting – The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information – Explain and understand internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending – Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes – Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required – Work alongside cross–functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are properly executed – Keep tabs on monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations, ensuring that business partners handle their resources – Deliver effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide valuable foresight and decision support – Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date – Work alongside senior executives on strategic deep dives to create financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization If your background and experience aligns with the requirements of this opportunity, please send your resume in a Microsoft Word document to Joe Ciavardini at [Click Here to Email Your Resum?] for immediate consideration. – Strong problem solving and analytical skills – Excellent verbal, written, and social skills – BA/BS degree in finance or a related field – Skill with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required – Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations – Financial planning analysis (go–to–market experience preferential) – Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) – Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Skills in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly desired (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) – Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system
