Position: Payroll Manager
Location: Northampton
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 per annum plus benefits

About the role:

As we continue to grow we need a Payroll Manager who can positively add value to our business through accurate payroll reporting and management of the monthly payroll. You will be proactive in your management of the HR and payroll data to ensure its accuracy and maintain clear auditing processes.

Managing internal relationships and communication with our team members will be key to educate and share your knowledge but to also resolve internal and external enquiries.

As we move to a new system linked to our people management systems you will be able to give our team members confidence in our payroll processes and in the decisions made with regards to how pay is calculated, deducted and reported on.

About you:

You will be very driven with excellent communication skills. Being highly experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office packages you will also have knowledge of software packages such as SAGE and BACS.

If you are able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge of statutory legislation relation to PAYE, National Insurance and Statutory Payments and have at least 2 years UK payroll experience and you would like to be part of our fun and vibrant team, we would like to hear from you.
