Job Description: Everest Insurance Company, a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd has an opportunity available for a Premium Audit Large Account Auditor to join the Everest Risk Consulting / Insurance Operations team. Job Summary The Everest Risk Consulting (ERC) Premium Audit Large Account Auditor will work with the Large Account Premium Audit Manager and the Premium Audit Director to perform and coordinate audits for our large accounts. This experienced Large Account Auditor will join the Premium Audit team to support a growing book of large account, national account business across all lines. This position will be responsible for the completion of physical and phone audits and assist in the servicing of these audits after they have been processed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Completes Quality Audits for Large Accounts timely ? Geographically located in proximity to concentrations of large accounts ? Coordinates field audits completed and communicates status back to appropriate parties frequently, documenting all correspondence ? Completion of physical audits and re–audits, including all lines of business, as necessary on large account policies within stated premium audit guidelines. ? Review and handle all premium audit disputes. This would include determining whether the dispute has merit and the appropriate action based on that determination. This would include the completion of the re–audit if needed or assigning to a vendor for completion and notifying the agent and/or policyholder of the results. ? Develop a strong relationship with the large account policyholders, large account premium audit team, and large account business segments including Underwriters and Underwriter Assistants. ? Serve as a resource for Large Account underwriters concerning such matters as the proper classification and basis of premium for workers compensation and general liability policies. ? Assist with Test Audit selection submissions for large accounts. This would include the completion of re–audits as needed when a chargeable difference is developed as a result of a Test Audit difference. ? Act as a Custodian of Record on behalf of Everest attending all court appearances on all audit legal matters, including classification, collections, and fraud issues for large accounts. ? Work directly with Large Account Audit Manager and Large Account Audit Reviewer. ? Assist/facilitate all audit activities for Large Accounts from policy bind to final audit completion / billing ? Customer Liaison to policyholder, Agent, Broker, Underwriter ? Assist with completion of Large Account Status Reports ? provide weekly updates for all accounts ? Excellent Customer Engagement skills ? perform audit introduction meetings and/or arrange preliminary/interim audits, as needed ? Quality and timely processing and handling of the premium audits and disputes for all lines of business and for all states for the large accounts. ? Audit Dispute handling requires the ability to explain regulations and audit rules to insureds, Brokers, underwriters, etc. in a clear, timely and understandable manner. ? Achieve and maintain test audit results at or below State minimum requirements. ? Maintain a working knowledge of the individual guidelines of each Program and Underwriting office ? Any additional work that is pertinent to the operations function. Logistics: ? Location ? open (ideally in Northeast or Southern United States) ? 50–60% travel required – audit kick off / introduction meetings or stewardship meetings and physical audit site visits Work Experience & Job Qualifications ? 10 years Field Audit experience with at least 3–4 working with Large, National Accounts ? Excellent Customer Engagement/Service Skills ? both written and verbal ? Excellent Customer Engagement skills ? perform audit introduction meetings and/or arrange preliminary/interim audits ? College Degree Preferred ? Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint ? Proficiency and advanced Excel skills required (e.g. V Look–ups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, etc.) ? Experience with secure file transfer platforms ? A working knowledge of the rules and regulations for processing various types of policies, including guaranteed costs, high deductible, rate per payroll, retro incurred, etc. ? Superior knowledge of independent bureau and NCCI Worker?s Compensation and General Liability rules, regulations, and test audit states. ? Good organizational & time management skills. ? Ability to work independently and as a team. ? Ability to meet and contend with deadlines and influxes of workload. ? Prior experience working with AuSuM, Everest?s premium audit work management system, a plus. Job Description The Everest Premium Audit Large Account Auditor will report to the Premium Audit Large Account Manager and will be responsible for completing field audits for Everest Large Accounts. Field / Physical Audits Our typical Premium Audit process will be modified to service the specific needs of Large Accounts. The audit set up and introduction should begin shortly after the policy inception and include regular communications with Underwriter, Broker and Policyholder in advance of the actual audit. This position will be responsible for the completion of the Large Account Audits, which will include physical audit site visits, phone audits, and some remote/virtual audits and may occur on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Each specific large account will be handled using a custom and unique process, which timelines and service schedules will be followed to properly service the account. Upon audit completion, exit interviews will he held with all stakeholders. Final audit worksheets will be sent to the Underwriter and key business leads for approval prior to processing. Concierge Service ? Customer Engagement Large Accounts require a higher level of service and communication to ensure that the process goes smoothly. The Premium Audit Large Account Auditor will deliver this level of concierge service and ensure that the audit is completed seamlessly. Technical Accuracy Helping our customers and business segment leaders reduce the cost of risk requires that we understand their business operations, regulations, compliance, exposures and potential causes of loss.
