Analyse trends, communicate performance, provide insight, identify risks & opportunities and challenge retail Operations teams
Develop relationships to challenge performance, achieve targets and drive continuous improvement.
Provide insight and challenge into forecasted performance, driving operational management to create initiatives close any gaps to plan
Responsible team for monthly reforecasts.
The business partnering team will be taking ownership of the retail budget, ensuring key deadlines are met and robust substance is applied to budget stretches.
Responsible for the financial challenge on personnel costs in the branches, making sure continuous efficiencies are made and retail ops management are accountable to make personnel savings through large scale efficiency projects.
Understand market with regards to pricing, sales, margin & competitor activity and how this relates to internal performance, ensuring market changes are understood & action is taken with regards to commercial/financial plans.
Develop relationships within finance to solve internal challenges while maintaining a one team mentality.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
- Non Finance & Finance Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Confident with ability to constructively challenge to drive performance.
- Highly analytical with financial awareness and commercial acumen.
- Excellent computer, report building, excel and data analysis skills.
